The Massachusetts General Hospital is deeply committed to the clinical and research activities related to
pancreatic cancer. Some research efforts of MGH's Pancreatic Biology Research Laboratory have been supported by funding
from The Lustgarten Foundation.
Many people have been personally touched by the disease. One of these include Jennifer Wargo, a former Chief
Resident of the MGH Department of Surgery, whose mother recently died of pancreatic cancer. To learn more about Joan,
